If you don’t want to stick around after dinner, make one of our favourite nightcaps at home.

25ml Patron XO coffee tequila
10ml Baileys
10ml Frangelico
10ml Kahlua
30ml Espresso
5ml Vanilla gomme
Top with double cream

Shake all the ingredients with lots of ice. Strain into a chilled coupette or martini glass. Garnish with chocolate powder and three coffee beans.
